Jo Gundler Racing

Jo Gundler needs your assistance to keep up her passion for racing modifieds. This will be her third year racing modifieds, and without some outside support, she won't be able to continue moving up.  

Her dad and uncles started in it over 30 years ago, along with her cousins, but she is the first girl in her family that is interested in keeping it all in the family.  Jo and her uncle Jerry Porter, have been doing this fun family activity together over the past 3 years. 

Jerry has raced everything from street stocks to modifieds to late models.  Jerry's health has been declining, and because of this, it will be difficult for Jo to get to the tracks this year and have his help maintaining her ride.  

In her first two years of racing, Jo has climbed to a sixth place best finish in a feature and third place best finish in a heat race.  Jo currently races modifieds, but would like to climb into a late model.  She has raced at KC Raceway in Chillicothe, OH and Brush Creek in Peebles, OH.  She would love to someday run at Eldora Speedway, the "granddaddy" of all dirt tracks.  

Jo manages a full time job during the week and uses her free weekends to promote her up and coming racing career.
