What do we need to pack?

This event is very casual.  Wear comfortable traveling clothes then peel layers off when you arrive in MoBay.  It will be very warm when you arrive from where you just traveled that was cold.
Monday night there is a welcome party.  You can wear a sundress or if you prefer to wear capris or slacks for dinner, that is fine too. Most everyone wears shorts and shirts, sandals....this is just too casual an event to be wearing a rhinestone gown!!  Remember Jamaica is very warm in November, even at night!  All activities are outdoors...so only natural "air-conditioning".
During the day I suggest t-shirts, shorts, sandals, flip flops, several swimsuits (one for drying while the other is being worn) and plenty of sunscreen! Men can wear polo/Hawaiian shirts and khakis at night -  shorts, swim trunks, sport sandals, flip flops for day.  Sorry...save the sequin gown for the cruise with Rusty!! (but who wants cruise with Rusty?  Not us!!)(If you want to Cruise with Rusty, we will be promoting this cruise for 2003)
Remember to save room in your suitcase to take goodies home.

YES!!!  As I have told clients...ya never know who you may be going up the elevator with. Check your lipstick!  Come home and brag to your friends that you spent a week with the top NASCAR and Busch drivers.  You will ALL want to return next year.

Included in your Beach Bash 2003 package will be your roundtrip air, taxes, transfers to and from the hotel, your hotel accommodations at Wyndham Rose Hall.  All your meals, snacks, drinks, including alcoholic and non, gratuities, and Jamaican departure tax.  And of course, event passes to ALL Beach Bash 2002 events.  Not included but highly recommended is trip protection insurance.  Essentially, you could go to Jamaica and not take a dime! 

Air Jamaica Vacations has issued a policy that the deposit amount and the trip protection insurance are NON-REFUNDABLE.  You can not cancel your Beach Bash package just because you "feel like it".  No refunds on deposit or trip protection insurance.

With heightened security at the airports these days, I HIGHLY recommend a Passport.  You have plenty of time to acquire one before November.  If you can not get a Passport you will need a picture ID, like a state drivers license.  Along with that you will also need to have your original birth certificate with a raised seal.  If you are married, you will need to bring a COPY of your marriage certificate.
Your identification is not to be taken lightly.  You must show proper ID at the airport before you can get on the plane.  If not, your NOT going!  And crying don't work!!!  Again, NO ID...NO TRIP... NO MONEY RETURNED!! 
Another one of those issues I can't stress enough about.

Deposit amount is $100.00 per person, NON-REFUNDABLE , plus the travel protection plan of $49.00 per person if you choose to accept it.  It is highly recommended you get the trip insurance plan for $49.00 per person.  Final payment will be required before October 1, 2003.  Again, with today's economy, we want to make payments convenient for you.  We are offering an installment plan if you want to make payments during the summer that will be applied to your Beach Bash package.  We will need for you to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form with required information.  Then simply fax back to our agency and you are ready to pack your bags for BEACH BASH 2003!
