Reservations and Payments:

A $100.00 deposit is due within 5 days of holding a reservation.  Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure date or reservation will be cancelled.  Any bookings made within 45 days prior to departure requires full payment.  Bookings made 14 days or less to departure will be charged a $25.00 Special Handling fee to cover the costs associated with expedited processing of  the travel documents.

Forms of Payment:

Acceptable forms of payment are checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  All returned checks are subject to a $50.00 processing fee and possible cancellation of booking.

Insurance:

It is highly recommended that you purchase Trip Cancellation insurance.
A $49.00 per person is low cost protection in case you are forced to cancel or alter your trip.

Refunds and Cancellations:

The right to a refund is limited.
Any cancellations must be submitted in written form stating reason for cancellation and faxed to 770-516-6621.
Any cancellations received within the 45 days prior to departure date will be charged $50.00 per person.
Please note:  The above charges for cancellations will be charged in addition to any fees imposed by the airline, cruise line, hotel and/or operators plus phone, fax, telex, or cable charges.
During selected holidays and peak travel periods, penalties may be higher.

Identification/Proof of Citizenship:

The best possible form of identification would be a Passport. If this not your case, then a state issued birth certificate with a raised seal along with a photo I.D., i.e. Drivers License.
If your feet are on the document, then your feet won't get you on the plane.
That is a Hospital Birth Announcement, not a State Issued Certificate.   And just a  drivers license is not proof of citizenship.  Women traveling with last names different than birth certificate will also need to bring a copy of their marriage certificate or divorce document.  No refunds or changes if clients are denied boarding to plane for not being in possession of proper identification.   Citizens of other countries should check with local consulates regarding entry and re-entry requirements.

Travel Documents:

You will receive an invoice detailing your vacation package after deposit or full payment has been applied to your reservation.   Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your departure your airline tickets, hotel/transfer vouchers will arrive at our office.  We will review your documents for accuracy, make your seating assignments, request upgrades then ship them to the street address you provide via 2nd day U.P.S. courtesy of eTravelAway.com.  eTravelAway.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected documents because of address inadequate.  Any reissuance of documents will be subject to service fees.
